 How To Track So You Can Grow Faster

      Are you guys not we talked about building our our portfolio it's time to talk about a very important

concept in fact I would call this the most important thing that I've learned in business and that is

tracking and improving your portfolio basically optimizing a portfolio so you can maximize your earnings and basically being able to take your revenue to the next level.


     I want you to pay close attention to this session because it's very very important it's very critical

and it's basically why 99 percent of people who are building assets whether it's apps or books or courses

they're not getting results.So pay close attention to this.I cannot insist enough on this.


     So before we get into the idea of tracking and improving your portfolio we need to talk about a very

important and critical rule in life and in business and that is 80:20 rule.So if you read business books there is actually a book called 80:20 and you can buy that book and read it.I highly recommend it.


      There's a rule in business called 80:20.And basically what it says is 80 percent of your results come from 20 percent of your efforts.So repeat that 80 percent of your results come from 20 percent of your efforts.Meaning that if you're making a hundred dollars $80 of that hundred dollars comes from 20 percent of your assets or your efforts.


     So this is very critical and I'm going to explain why in a second.Let's say that you have maybe 10 apps.Right.So I'm just going to go ahead and maybe draw 10 apps or you know we have 10 hours.

So based on a 20 rule 80 percent of your app revenue will come from 20 percent of your apps so two of

your apps maybe this one and this one will make 80 percent of your revenue.


      So that 8 percent of your revenue comes from these two US and 20 percent of your revenue comes from the rest.So 20 percent would come from all the other ones.No I want you to pay attention to this.

Hitting these high performance ones usually is not the first time that you are publishing an app or

creating an asset in fact the more you publish the possibility of you getting these high performing

ones.


     It is going to be higher because you learn more.You find out what people are interested in and you gravitate towards markets need.So usually what happens is you get a lot of low performing Al-Sa'adi beginning maybe your first five six apps are really high.


     Like really low performing and then you had a high performer and thats why majority of people quit because when people start out making as they hit these four nonperforming once they quit they never make it to the firm like a good performing act or asset.


     So I want you to understand that no matter what you do no matter how good your idea is no matter what good of a market you're going after the 80 20 rule is going to be there and you've got to make sure

that you understand it because majority of people simply can't up and quit because they don't understand this simple rule.


      Ok now that we understand the 80:20 rule.It comes down to tracking and improving our apps.

No let's talk about that for a second to try.Our apps we need to find out our top performers.So if we have an app that is making no more than the other apps that we need to make sure that we spot that among our portfolio or if you have of course which is getting more attention more even more visits

remember that tracking is not just the dollar amount that you'll be making tracting is also the exposure

you get you the attention you get maybe you have a great course but if no one knows about it it doesn't

mean that that course is not performing well or this is a loser of course.




    So tracking it means kind of measuring all the different cards that we had for every single asset.

How many visitors do you get the kind of the de-leverage hand out a whole a whole will its doing and

the exposure that you are getting in terms of the number of visitors to your conversion rate.How many of those villagers are actually picking up your asset and willing to pay for it.


      So tracking is not just the dollar amount although the dollar amount is a good measure.But again the dollar amount needs to be considered when you're getting exposure for your course.Let's say that now that we have tracked all records in assets ops whatever it's time to improve them how we can improve our top performing assets so we can maximize the revenue.


    One way to do it to do is to basically find out if we can build other assets around the top performing

asset.For example if you're going in specific going after specific vertical in the App Store then maybe you can build other apps that are a little bit different then your top are firming up and then published

them to the store.


      This way you can improve your portfolio while you're improving your revenue because you know that you're separate from well in that market so maybe you can target different verticals in that market to be able to improve your revenue.And I think we'll be looking at your assets maybe you can improve the copy copy off your assets.


     Sorry about the flickering problem if you can see that something is wrong with the Photoshop or my screen capture but you can go ahead and improve the copy or maybe you can improve your pricing.

So pricing would be another thing that you can improve.


      So basically whether you can improve the asset or you can build other assets around your top performing assets.Both strategies should be applied because that way you increase your chances of doubling or quadrupling your Ervay.


      So basically that's a fair trade can improve for tracking part.The exposure you get trying to conversion the dollar amount that you're making and then to improve that you need to kind of build addresses around your winners and then try to see how you can get more people to know about your asset use them and pay you for that.
